With a big ambition to be a future leader in the events industry, I aim to continuously seek further development opportunities, for example, I am currently being coached and mentored by top industry professionals via the Fast Forward 15 mentoring programme. This has not only enhanced my skills but also really highlighted my passion for the events industry. I have four years’ experience in running virtual, in person and hybrid events, and experience in leading and managing an events department. I have demonstrated my hard working and determined nature in many ways, such as spending ten months volunteering in planning a successful high-profile charity event with zero budget alongside my full-time role.
