  • Fully responsible for the day-to-day catering operation at Alexandra palace.
  • Direct reports include: 2 x Catering manager, 2 x Deputy catering managers, Pub manager, Ice rink café manager, Head chef and Stock controller.
  • Fully responsible for forecasting and tracking budgets
  • Performance managing our partner caterers and bar provider
  • Project manager for the EPOS system and rebuilding till programs and back of house stock management
  • Setting SOP’s and performance managing all direct reports
  • Attending network meetings and promoting the in-house catering at the palace
Fully responsible for the catering food safety policy

A positive and proactive professional with extensive multi-site management experience within the event industry specialising in providing high standards of food and beverage service during large-scale functions and events.  Passionate about exceeding expectations for service delivery whilst maximising opportunities to achieve budgets, targets and cost controls.  Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships.  Enjoys being part of, as well as managing, motivating, training and developing, a successful and productive team and thrives in highly pressurised and challenging working environments.
