Responsible for ensuring the events team are managed accordingly and deliver a professional service to all stakeholders, including but not limited to speakers sponsors, exhibitors and attendees. Managed the team and ensured all their events are managed along with my own portfolio of events.
- Prepared Event allocation schedule for Sign off by the Board – allocated the portfolio of events across all the team including the Head of Events.
- Ensured events are managed by the team as allocated and if required step in to manage events when necessary
- Responsible for staff recruitment / training and appraisals
- Ensured all handovers take place as planned and by the timeline
- Provided regular Board updates on Staff Reviews and performance
- Managed all logistical aspects of the event, budgeting, supplier liaison, on site responsibility and Post-Conference Tasks
- Provided information and liaised with Exhibitors/Sponsors/Speakers pre-show
