  • As SW1 Events is a new company into Millbank Tower with separate event spaces split over 4 floors, I had to develop an overall business plan that included all financial, operations, sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop a new pricing strategy to drive sales from both B2B and B2C channels
  • Produce a brand partnerships strategy and asset catalogue.
  • Produce an operations strategy including all SOPs for sales, Operations, Events delivery, F&B delivery, Customer engagement.
  • Source and recruit a sales, operations, kitchen/bar team that can deliver a 5 Star experience.
  • Develop a B2C NYE and monthly after-hours ticket sales product and plan. Direct and trade channels.
  • Develop and manage Marketing Agency relationships, with a view to launching 4 event spaces post CV19

Senior director specialising in Technology, Events, Hospitality and Attractions.  As Sales Director at The Shard, I had full P&L responsibility for a £20m+ complex and multi-faceted leisure attraction.  I delivered record EBITDA in a fast-paced environment through the introduction of a new innovative and strategic approach.  I have previously worked extensively in the technology, sports and hospitality sector, including at Silverstone Circuits Ltd where I created, developed and brought to market several new hospitality and events products which delivered record sales to date. I thrive on identifying new business development opportunities, partnerships and have successfully negotiated sponsorship packages with a range of brands.
