- As SW1 Events is a new company into Millbank Tower with separate event spaces split over 4 floors, I had to develop an overall business plan that included all financial, operations, sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop a new pricing strategy to drive sales from both B2B and B2C channels
- Produce a brand partnerships strategy and asset catalogue.
- Produce an operations strategy including all SOPs for sales, Operations, Events delivery, F&B delivery, Customer engagement.
- Source and recruit a sales, operations, kitchen/bar team that can deliver a 5 Star experience.
- Develop a B2C NYE and monthly after-hours ticket sales product and plan. Direct and trade channels.
- Develop and manage Marketing Agency relationships, with a view to launching 4 event spaces post CV19
