  • Booking group travel (10 seats and above) on scheduled airlines using the GDS Amadeus or airline specific booking tools
  • Preferred supplier for BA and Virgin, but a working relationship with all airlines
  • Assisting the manager with the running of the department, signing off contracts, training new staff, attending managers meetings and running the department in her absence
  • Managing client accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships and engaging in sales activities to bring in new business to the company
  • Co-managing our largest account with a well-known event industry trade show; booking travel for over 900 passengers travelling to their European show and around 1,200 passengers to their USA show
  • Attending trade shows, client and operator meetings and offering airport see-off services
  • I was identified and put forward for the HiPo (High Performance) development programme 2020 which was offered by an independent coaching company to those employees within AP who showed future leadership potential. The course offered one on one individual leadership coaching tailored to our own identified priority development areas
