- Delighted to be head-hunted by the CMO during a global pandemic to join the high growth start-up’s Marketing team to grow the xSellco brand as a reputable eCommerce support tool for multichannel online sellers. My role was very flexible in description, which gave me the opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects and learn how my fresh ideas could make a positive impact on the business’ extremely ambitious OKRs.
- To engage new and existing customers and generate new MQLs for the Sales funnel, I established a new webinar programme focusing on Thought Leadership, Product and Sales Demos, Data & Insights, Partnerships & Affiliates and Campaign-led themes. Using Monday.com to manage the projects, I was responsible for creating titles, content and agendas, sourcing speakers, managing scripts, composing the email and social communications through HubSpot and facilitating the webinars via Zoom.
- To support the xSellco rebrand campaign, I created a plan alongside our PR firm to apply for new industry awards and 3rd-Party events at which we could attend, pitch, sponsor or speak to accelerate the company’s brand exposure in a competitive market with more established market leaders.
- I collaborated with our Customer Support team and created a sophisticated incentive system tracker for the team leader to track high performing agents and reward them for any positive review feedback on the top 5 review sites (TrustPilot, Glassdoor, Shopify etc.).
