Events enthusiast with key organisation, leadership and confident communication skills developed through working in event office environments and as a leader and member of event teams. Currently a mentee in the EM Mentoring Programme, exploring the events industry and the steps to goal achievement. Working in part-time event and retail roles alongside studying has equipped me with the skills of time-management, professional customer service, experience in using Microsoft Word Package and Adobe Photoshop. Regularly undertaking online courses, most recently completing the Google Digital Marketing course, exemplifies my enjoyment of self-development and willingness to learn. Delivering a MS Teams Virtual Conference and regularly attending Zoom/MS Teams meetings in the recent transition of physical to virtual events has further developed my skill of adaptability. This experience and keeping abreast with event industry trends have provided me with insight into virtual event platforms.
