  • While reporting to the Chief Customer Success Officer, head up the Customer Success function by maintaining and developing client relationships at all levels and throughout the project lifecycle, ranging from initial qualifying of the opportunity, to ensuring Support SLAs are met after successful go-live is achieved
  • Manage a team of Data Scientist, Data Engineers, Project Managers (PMO) and Technical Support Engineers to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. In doing so, maintain the highest degree of professionalism towards our clients and their level of satisfaction (NPS) with the quality of the service delivered
  • Define a capacity and resource plan to predict provision of employees with the necessary skills, by understanding the number of projects, number of available resources and the duration of projects

A highly experienced professional with focus on Service Delivery and Customer Success, with more than 20 years’ experience applying latest ITIL methodologies in Service Delivery and Strategy Definition positions. Having built the function from the ground up and shaped Service Delivery Organizations on several occasions, I have done so managing and coaching multi-cultural team members as well as, closing negotiations with end customers and gaining strong management experience with 3rd party organizations/suppliers. Large international working experience with the ability to understand customers’ needs and translating them into profitable services and new business opportunities.
