  • Changed my ways of working to adapt to unprecedented circumstances caused by Covid-19. I am currently developing, leading, planning, managing and delivering virtual and digital events i.e. webinars, conversations, podcasts, seminars, workshops, panels, event series - 15 events and counting and planning 2 future events. 
  • Working very closely with Founder, Board Members, Trustees, and senior management team to deliver program activities and campaigns i.e. conference program, and scholarship program
  • Brainstorming, creating, organising and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic partnerships, events, and productions
  • Communications Lead responsible for meeting management, building relationships and planning events internally and externally with corporate sponsors, facilitators, and panellists
  • Developing, managing, and rolling out event and communication campaigns across the full marketing mix- building brand name/awareness and engagement of the organisation
  • In charge of developing pre-production, production, and post-production analysis of events
  • Develop and create content and engagement strategies across internal and external communications and channels especially social media, event programs and corporate initiatives, creating, editing and updating audiences on events calendar in light of current climate
  • Creating, writing, and sending out newsletters, invitations and managing RSVPs, pre-event planning, securing guest speakers and moderators, seminar materials such as slides, delegate packs, event programs and brochures
  • Liaising, managing, and creating content with social media coordinator, website designer and creative producer
  • Commercially and financially astute with strong budget management, forecasting, financial planning of contracts that align with the business objectives and all marketing collateral 
  • Project Managing Lead of key projects, contracts and all internal and external event(s) enquiries and opportunities
