employees), Dealer Engagement program (600 employees) etc.
- International Events: planned & executed international incentive trips to Russia, Hungary, and Austria for 1000
employees and distributors, including ground logistics and production.
- Strategised, planned & executed the hobby Clubs (Employee Engagement Activities) by Selecting 10
Representatives for each club and 19 Branch Managers for 50 plus offline and online events.
- Leading the entire BTL Marketing by strategising, planning & executing Product Launch, Promotion strategies,
implementing branding of 7000 stores and supporting 200 retailer meets. Creating a global Vendor database
