- Sourcing Hotel/Venue/Restaurant/Activity/Transport solutions appropriate to the client’s requirements, both overseas and in the UK
 - Implementation, management & maintenance of the preferred supplier list, including internal & external reviews
 - Management of supplier relationships and rate negotiations
 - Supplier negotiations on all quotes received; compiling savings reports for key client accounts
 - Contract negotiation with suppliers for all programmes
 - Compliance with Client specific contract process and contract addendum
 - Preparation of written proposals and initial budgets for submission
 - Managing supplier diary for workshops/presentations and fam trips
 - Attendance at trade shows, both to extend and grow contacts and knowledge and also on stand, representing the company to new and prospective clients

With extensive domestic and global venue sourcing knowledge, I have a large 'black book' of contacts and established supplier relationships within all areas of business and luxury travel brands.
